Maybe it doesn’t seem anything special, one star more or less next to the name of a restaurant in a red-colored gastronomical guide. But still… the second “Michelin” star given to the restaurant Le Château du Mylord, is an award for years of passion, hard work and excellent customer service. For chef, Jean-Baptiste Thomas and his team, this achievement is more like a main course then a dessert…

The reputation of the prestigious Le Château du Mylord, where the culinary art goes hand in hand with daily routine, has never failed over a period of 30 years. The brother Thomaes receive regularly awards for their continuous work, consistent quality and professionalism. This dedication honors the producers of “Parc Naturel des Collines” who provide the demanding chef with paltry, vegetables and cheese. The menu card is a reflection of the high gastronomical level which combines the joy and originality of classical products with a Mediterranean or oriental touch.
